How to Place an Order
You can order products by logging in on our website. Website orders are input directly into our provisioning system and begin processing immediately. You can also order by calling us at 800-365-9088 or faxing an order to 800-622-6056.

Jewelry Materials
Many of our products may be purchased in various sizes and colors. Most of our products are made using Swarovski Austrian crystal. Occasionally, Czechoslovakian crystal is substituted. When specified, cz (cubic zirconia) is used instead of crystal. Gold refers to a gold plating, a gold tone or a simulated gold finish, not solid gold or gold filled. Silver refers to a silver plating or a simulated silver finish and not sterling silver. If an item is sterling silver, it will be clearly stated as such in the product description. Unless otherwise stated, pearls are faux or simulated pearls, not cultured or freshwater pearls.

The crystal colors in our website and catalog are representative of the actual colors, but you should not rely on them to be 100% accurate. If you would like a stone color chart containing samples of actual crystals, please call. These charts are free to active customers.

Order Processing
Future Collection processes and ships 95% of its orders within 2 business days. Notable exceptions include special order items, such as custom name pins or products that are not in our catalog, which can take up to 4 weeks.

If a product you have ordered is not in stock, we will attempt to contact you to verify you wish to have the item backordered. If we are unable to reach you, your order will automatically be placed on back order and will ship as soon as stock is replenished.

We gladly add to any order that has not been invoiced; however, since we make every effort to ship within 24 hours, add-ons should be made promptly. Once an order has been invoiced, additions to the order are considered a separate order.

Shipping
Future Collection uses UPS and USPS for shipping orders and shipping costs are based on delivery within the continental United States. Upon checkout, you are given a choice of carrier options along with a real-time calculation of carrier rates. Future Collection charges the rate shown. The following additional fees may apply:
  • COD Fee: $10.50
  • Drop Ship Fee: $2
  • USPS Handling Fee: $2 (only applies when customer selects US Postal Service)
For shipments outside of the United States, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. For estimates on shipping rates to countries other than Canada and the United Kingdom which are listed at checkout, please contact us.

Order Tracking
To track your orders, simply log in to our website and click on the 'account' menu item. Your orders will be listed, and by clicking on the view details links, you will be able to see up-to-date status changes as well as carrier tracking numbers.

Payment
Future Collection accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also extend COD to established customers, and 2% 15 days net 30 terms to customers averaging over $200/mo. in order volume with good credit standing.

Returns & Replacement
If you are not satisfied with a standard item, for any reason, you can return it for a credit in the amount of the full purchase price of the product. Shipping charges will not be included in the credit, and special order items are not eligible for refunds. We must receive the returned item within 10 days of the receipt of the order or it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a damaged item, we will send you a replacement. We must be informed of damaged shipments within 10 days of receipt.

Special Orders
Special orders cannot be returned and must be paid for in full upon placement of the order. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
